Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, and pleasingly tart. It’s redolent with the exotic, spicy flavor of ginger artfully married with rich, ripe juicy blackberry. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, use on chicken, fish, over fruit salad, or oatmeal.

It’s divine paired with our Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil, Lemon Fused Olive Oil, or any one of our un-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

Our naturally infused balsamic condimento is caramel colour-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.
