Description
Mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of Falafel Mix and let stand for at least 15 minutes. Pour at least 1 inch of vegetable, corn or safflower oil into a deep fryer or pan. Heat oil to approx. 375°F. Make small patties and fry until brown and crsip. Drain on paper towels. Yield: 4 servings
